Approval

Approval oleh CTDO pada tiket dengan status Resolved.

Proses approve tiket asset new addition:

  1. Klik menu 1.30 Approval Center (Amesty Features).

  1. Pilih Approval Type: Asset New Addition.

  2. Cari ticker number AM.

  3. Klik ikon Detail.

  1. Klik checkbox pada asset.

  2. Klik tombol Approve.

  3. Klik tombol OK.

Proses approve berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Closed.
