## Request Permit

Klik menu option pada tiket AM.

Klik `Request Permit`.

Isi data pada form working permit request.

Petunjuk pengisian data pada form working permit request:

* **End Time**: Tanggal permit berakhir
* **User Data**: Data user yang akan melakukan maintenance. Apabila user lebih dari 1, maka penambahan user dapat dilakukan dengan:
  * Pengisian data melalui form working permit: Apabila telah memiliki akun NICE
  * Pengisian data melalui form user helper: Apabila tidak memiliki akun NICE
* **Activity Category**: Pilih sesuai dengan kategori maintenance
* **CAF dan KKST Number**: Dokumen CAF dan nomor KKST (bersifat opsional)

Klik menu option pada tiket AM.

Klik `Open Form`.

Klik `Check In`.

Apabila mengalami kendala check in, maka:

* Pastikan status permit adalah Working Permit Ready (Verified).
* Pastikan GPS pada perangkat telah aktif.
* Pastikan telah memenuhi jarak maksimal terhadap site.
* Pastikan telah berada di lokasi.

Apabila telah memenuhi tiga syarat di atas namun tetap tidak bisa melakukan check in, maka user dapat melakukan proses [Request Check In](https://docs.ineom-tsel.mit.id/amesty/asset-disposal/ttc/pages/ncujjhStlxwDFy9z4Uq4#kondisi-1.-sudah-berada-di-site-namun-tidak-dapat-melakukan-check-in.) atau [Mismatch Coordinate](https://docs.ineom-tsel.mit.id/amesty/asset-disposal/ttc/pages/ncujjhStlxwDFy9z4Uq4#kondisi-2.-sudah-berada-di-site-namun-titik-koordinat-tidak-sesuai-dengan-yang-ditampilkan-di-aplika).
