# Check In on Site

## Asset Disposal Menu

Proses mengakses menu Asset Disposal pada aplikasi NICE:

1. Klik menu To-Do.
2. Klik tab My Task.
3. Klik work scope **`Asset Disposal`** (Asset Management).

## Request Permit

Proses request permit:

1. Klik menu option pada tiket AM.
2. Klik menu **`Request Permit`**.
3. Isi data user. Apabila user yang mengerjakan lebih dari satu orang, maka user 1 dapat melakukan proses [add user helper](/faq/ticketing-system/permit/working-permit.md#add-user-helper) pada saat request permit.
4. Isi field description, activity category, upload CAF, dan KSST number.

5. Klik tombol **`SUBMIT`**.
6. Klik tombol **`YES`** untuk upload data.
7. Klik tombol **`YES`** untuk submit form.

1. Klik menu option pada tiket AM.
2. Klik menu **`Open Form`**.
3. Klik tombol **`CHECK IN`**.
4. Klik ikon 📷 untuk pengambilan foto site bagian depan, belakang, samping kiri, dan kanan.
5. Klik tombol **`GO TO FORM`**.

<summary><mark style="background-color:red;">Error case</mark>: Tidak bisa melakukan check in on site</summary>

Apabila mengalami kendala tidak bisa melakukan check in on site, maka:

* Pastikan GPS pada perangkat aktif. Apabila user menggunakan aplikasi Fake GPS, maka sistem secara otomatis akan melakukan non aktif akun user.
* Pastikan telah memenuhi jarak maksimal terhadap site.
* Pastikan telah berada di lokasi.

Apabila telah memenuhi tiga syarat di atas namun tetap tidak bisa melakukan check in, maka user dapat melakukan proses [Request Check In](https://docs.ineom-tsel.mit.id/faq/check-in-on-site/failed-check-in#kondisi-1.-sudah-berada-di-site-namun-tidak-dapat-melakukan-check-in.) atau [Mismatch Coordinate](https://docs.ineom-tsel.mit.id/faq/check-in-on-site/failed-check-in#kondisi-2.-sudah-berada-di-site-namun-titik-koordinat-tidak-sesuai-dengan-yang-ditampilkan-di-aplika).
