# Generate BA

Generate BA dilakukan pada tiket AM dengan status **Closed**.

Proses generate BA:

1. Klik menu 4.2.1 Ticket AM (Amesty Features).
2. Cari ticket number AM.
3. Pilih tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Download BA`**.
5. Klik tombol **`BAPA`** atau **`BA Selisih`**.
