Generate BA

Generate BA dilakukan pada tiket AM dengan status Closed.

Proses generate BA:

  1. Klik menu 4.2.1 Ticket AM (Amesty Features).

  2. Cari ticket number AM.

  3. Pilih tiket.

  4. Klik tombol Download BA.

  5. Klik tombol BAPA atau BA Selisih.
