# Create Ticket Disposal

* Create ticket disposal dilakukan oleh NARM.
* Template didapatkan dengan cara klik tombol **`Add Bulk Ticket`**, kemudian klik tombol **`Download Template`**.
* Petunjuk pengisian data pada template:
  * Tab Asset Disposal - Create Ticket: Isi pada kolom Site ID, Assignee Group, Assignee, dan Tiket Note.
  * Tab Asset Disposal - Asset List: Isi pada kolom Site ID dan Barcode Number.

Proses create ticket disposal:

1. Klik menu 4.2.1 Ticket AM (Amesty Features).
2. Klik tombol **`Add Bulk Ticket`**.

3. Klik tombol **`Upload Template`**.
4. Klik tombol **`Browse`**, kemudian pilih file template yang sudah diisi.
5. Klik tombol **`Save`**.

* Proses upload template berhasil apabila muncul dialog sukses dengan informasi "Success Uploading File" dan kemudian akan dilakukan review asset oleh TO.
* User dapat melakukan download hasil dengan cara klik tombol **`Download Result`** pada dialog Upload Response.
