Create tiket disposal dilakukan pada menu 4.2.1 Ticket AM (Amesty Features).

Create tiket disposal site Non TTC dapat dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu:

1. Melalui tombol `Add`
2. Dengan cara upload template

Klik `Add`.

Isi data pada halaman Add Ticket AM.

Petunjuk pengisian data pada halaman Add Ticket AM.

**Ticket Sub Type**: Pilih sub type (17-Disposal) Asset Disposal.

**Site**: Pilih site permanen.

**Summary**: Isi dengan catatan (jika diperlukan).

Klik `Save & Close`.

Proses create tiket disposal melalui tombol `Add` berhasil apabila tiket muncul pada halaman List of Ticket AM dengan status **New**.

* Template tiket disposal dapat didapatkan dengan cara klik `Download Template`.
* Petunjuk pengisian data pada tamplate tiket disposal:

Tab Asset Disposal - Create Ticket: Isi pada kolom Site ID, Assignee Group, Assignee, dan Ticket Note.

Tab Asset Disposal - Asset List: Isi pada kolom Site ID dan Barcode Number.

Klik `Add Bulk Ticket.`

Klik `Upload Template`.

Klik `Browse`.

Upload dokumen template yang telah diisi.

Klik `Save`.

* Proses upload template berhasil apabila muncul dialog sukses dengan informasi "Success Uploading File".
* User dapat melakukan download hasil dengan cara klik `Download Result` pada dialog Upload Response.
